- Tue Dec 13: Craig Saddlemire of Round Point Movies produces a short documentary film about our effort. Craig also contributed his bike mechanic skills on both days of the Staging Event.
- Mon Dec 12: WCSH Channel 6 carries a follow-up story on how we have been overwhelmed by the response, and we are considering our next steps.
- Mon Dec 12: The York County Journal-Tribune carries a front page article chronicling the Staging Event.
- Sat Dec 10: On the first day of our Staging Event, WCSH Channe 6 in Portland carries a story on us on its 6 o'clock and 11 o'clock news shows, and again on Sunday morning. This results in a huge influx of people bringing us their bikes all day Sunday.
- Thu Dec 1: The Windham Independent carries a front-page story entitled "20 Bikes or Bust", about teacher Eliza Adams' 7th grade class collecting bicycles for us as a community service project. (Update: The class ended up collecting 50 bikes, 2 scooters, and a skateboard! Way to go, kids!!)
- Thu Nov 10: An article on us appears in the "Your Neighbors" section of the York County edition of the Portland Press Herald.
- October: An article on us appears in the Fall 2005 issue of Maine Cyclist, the magazine of the Bicycle Coalition of Maine.
